Förebyggande av återfall av Helicobacter pylori-associerat peptiskt ulcus med en veckas behandling med Nexium HP® (esomeprazol)
Att eradikera H. pylori är nödvändigt för långvarig remission av peptisk ulcussjukdom [1,2] En veckas behandling med Nexium HP® (esomeprazol) ger eradikeringsfrekvenser på cirka 90 % för H. pylori [3,4].
Behandling med Nexium HP® (esomeprazol) består av Nexium® (esomeprazol) 20 mg, amoxicillin 2 x 500 mg och klaritromycin 500 mg, samtliga givna två gånger om dagen i 1 vecka.
